OBJECTIVES OF “RAJASTHAN STATE ENGINEERING SERVICES ASSOCIATION” :
- To protect and promote the interests of members and protect the dignity and respect of members of the Association.
- To bring all directly recruited State Engineering Service Officers from all Departments under one umbrella for knowledge sharing and Mutual Cooperation.
- To help the members in their professional progress and career advancement.
- To strive for improvement in service and working conditions, e.g. salary and allowances, facilities, leave and other issues of members by way of raising relevant issues with the Government in order to help the members work in a dignified manner.
- To make the Rajasthan State Engineering Service an exemplary service by way of promoting Professional knowledge sharing, Compatibility Enhancement and devotion to duty along with quality public service delivery.
- To promote development oriented thinking towards the goal of creating quality Infrastructure facilities and Service Delivery Mechanisms for the prosperity of the state and Nation as a whole.
- Enrichment of the cadre/Service by way of getting maximum benefit from the parent organization and the government in order to provide quality service to the people.
- To spread brotherhood among members of the Association and promote more social interaction among their families.
- To raise and amicably sort out career related issues with the state government.
- To resolve the issues related to service conditions and promotions by encouraging healthy discussion within the legal framework and keeping in mind the interests of the state as well.
- To do any other work related to the welfare and protection of the interests of the members of the Association.
